The kit has everything you need except the strings to convert a 15 chord to a 21 chord autoharp.
Also, the kit will replace the original components with the same number of chords.
It takes a little time, but is very straight forward and easy, if you stay organized when disassembling the original parts. FELT MAY NEED TO BE TRIMMED FOR CHORDS TO SOUND PROPERLY
