Shipping Policy & Rates

ORDERS are processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY: Monday - Friday.

(Orders on Friday will be processed on Monday.)

PLEASE NOTE: The Rate on the Order Form is for Standard USA only, not for international. International and outside Continental US: actual shipper's rate will be charged. (see below).

Overseas orders may be liable for customs tax. Additional duties/taxes may be charged in certain countries upon receipt of the merchandise. These fees vary worldwide. When applicable, any additional tax or duty is the responsibility of the customer in his own country, when the merchandise is to be delivered. JDMC does not charge you for nor pay these taxes, as they are specific to each country.

Arkansas Residents- Effective January, 2008: The % Sales Tax Rate applied to your order will be based upon where your order is "delivered" in Arkansas. (Per the new state requirement.)

For instruments: Please allow 10-14 business days to receive it as we set up each instrument before it is shipped.

2nd day Air:

TRIPLE regular shipping rates. *Actual rate will be charged for instruments & large items. - in stock items only. We do not guarantee that any item will be in stock at all times. NOTE: The items which are currently in stock will be shipped by Federal Express. If an item is out of stock, we will also do our best to notify you. Please call us at 800-933-5362 if it is urgent that you receive all items within the designated time frame.

INTERNATIONAL

International shipments:

JDMC is not responsible for the shipping costs to return items from outside the continental USA back to us. If an item needs to be returned to us, contact us for an RA number to return it. If it is for a replacement, we will pay the shipping to replace the item. However, we are not responsible for the shipping cost to return the original item to us. We do our best to make certain all items are fine. However, if an item is defective, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to us. We ship a great number of packages overseas, and the problems are very rare. However, the above is a firm policy for returns.

NOTE: Any labor charges for special installations will not be refunded.

Shipments outside U.S.A:

Small items by Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested. JDMC offers a CHOICE of methods with expected delivery times for in stock items.

There ARE 3 choices:

Global Priority: 7-14 days, trackable with tracking number i.e. Cost for Priority up to 1 pound to UK = $29.95

International First Class: not trackable, 21-27 days i.e Cost for up to 1 pound to UK = $12.95

UPS Expedited: trackable, 7-10 days i.e Costs for up to 1 pound to UK = $120.00

NOTE: JDMC cannot guarantee the delivery times above.

Cases, Instruments and Large items: by UPS or Fed Ex Air. PLEASE NOTE: DO NOT select FEDEX 2-DAY. If you want it in two days, has to be UPS and with ACTUAL cost. We charge the actual shipping cost over the minimum (including insurance). Minimum Order must be for $30.00+

CANADA

Miminum Shipping: $12.95 Minimum Order: $30.00+ Small items are shipped by postal service; Instruments & large items shipped by UPS ground: approximately $40.00 or UPS Air: approximately $100. (We charge actual rate).
